Forest protection

The holder of ENFOS^® e.U., Master of forestry Dipl.-Ing. Dr. techn. Peter Biermayr is appointed and sworn in for forest protection by the BH Wiener Neustadt in accordance with § 23 Abs. 1 NÖ Forstausführungsgesetz and §§ 1 to 3 NÖ Landeskulturwachengesetz. Under favourable conditions (geographic neighbourhood and continuous forest areas) Mr Biermayr can be charged with the tasks of forest protection for your forest.

A person in charge of forest protection takes care of the forest and its products. He is in charge of forest property and monitors the observance of the provisions of forest law. The person in charge of forest protection has wide-ranging capacities according to § 112 ForstG and while on duty he benefits from the protection of civil servants (§ 74 Z 4 StGB).
